By accessing, browsing, or using the acebat platform (available at acebat.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with acebat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and acebat (the "Platform" or "Operator") with respect to your use of the acebat service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

acebat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by acebat support will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on acebat. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current. acebat is not responsible for service disruptions, failed transactions, or missed communications arising from inaccurate account details provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acebat username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. acebat strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features and choosing a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify acebat support immediately at [email protected]. acebat will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

acebat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card held in the name of the registered acebat account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin will be refunded to its source and the associated acebat account will be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. For verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, withdrawal processing is typically completed within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. acebat does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

acebat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting identification documents, source-of-funds confirmation, or transaction history. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of such checks. Any attempt to circumvent verification procedures will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant withdrawal amount.

• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or the administrative systems of acebat, without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acebat and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or network interruptions.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payment calculations caused by system errors, provided acebat takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the acebat platform that is found to be inaccurate or outdated.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. acebat makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which acebat is incorporated as an offshore entity. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through acebat's internal complaints process.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the acebat service, you should first contact acebat support at [email protected] with a full description of your complaint. acebat aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, acebat will advise the user of available escalation options.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
